Legal librarians increasingly are being tasked with assisting attorneys and business development professionals in identifying new business opportunities. "Utilizing Business Intelligence to Identify New Business Opportunities," a hands on/interactive presentation, will provide attendees an overview of the components of strategic business intelligence research, including identifying practice cross-selling opportunities and best practices for presenting your findings.
